These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FAMYTREE mobile application (the "Service") operated by BANAMOL PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").

By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part of these Terms, You may not access the Service.


Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.


Definitions

Application refers to FAMYTREE, the software program provided by the Company.

Company refers to BANAMOL PRIVATE LIMITED, 97, 3rd Cross, 2nd Stage, Ashraya Layout, Mahadevpura, Bangalore - 560048, Karnataka, India.

Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service.

Service refers to the Application.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service.


User Accounts

When You create an Account with Us, You must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding Your login credentials and all activities under Your Account.


Use of the Service

You agree not to misuse the Service. You shall not:

· Use the Service for unlawful purposes
· Attempt unauthorized access to the Service
· Disrupt or interfere with system security
· Share harmful, illegal, or abusive content


Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require payment. All payments must be made through authorized gateways within the Application. The Company reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with prior notice.


Return and Refund Policy

· Any subscription or excess fees paid will be reviewed and refunded after discussion with the customer.
· Refunds will be processed between 7 to 15 working days once agreed.
· Refunds will be made to the original payment gateway or as agreed after proper validation.


Account Deletion

For deletion of account in FAMYTREE mobile application:

· Raise a request via the Contact Us option.
· Provide sufficient profile matching details.
· Identity verification may be required.
· Upon verification, account will be deleted and confirmation email will be sent.


Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.


Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
